Nude photos of Sarah Palin

While Internet search engines are humming with searches for bikini, topless or nude photos of Sarah Palin nude photos, those of us searching for more revealing pieces of Sarah have found that sometimes it pays to have objective, mainstream new organizations with an axe to grind.

Thanks to the New York Times and its collective outrage over John McCain's rash, irresponsible and cynical decision to add Sarah to the GOP presidential ticket, we can now add book banning to the list of right wing extremist nutjobbery this dangerous fringe frontier zealot holds on her flimsy resume:

"Shortly after becoming mayor, former city officials and Wasilla residents said, Ms. Palin approached the town librarian about the possibility of banning some books, though she never followed through and it was unclear which books or passages were in question.

"Ann Kilkenny, a Democrat who said she attended every City Council meeting in Ms. Palin’s first year in office, said Ms. Palin brought up the idea of banning some books at one meeting. 'They were somehow morally or socially objectionable to her,' Ms. Kilkenny said.

"The librarian, Mary Ellen Emmons, pledged to 'resist all efforts at censorship,' Ms. Kilkenny recalled. Ms. Palin fired Ms. Emmons shortly after taking office but changed course after residents made a strong show of support. Ms. Emmons, who left her job and Wasilla a couple of years later, declined to comment for this article.

"In 1996, Ms. Palin suggested to the local paper, The Frontiersman, that the conversations about banning books were 'rhetorical.'”

Meanwhile, keep searching for those Sarah Palin photos.

They're out there.

(NOTE: The photo above is a PhotoShopped fake.)

The book banning has been debunked...check snopes.com...this will all backfire!

Snopes didn't debunk the story that Sarah Palin tried remove books from the Wasilla city library or that, after the librarian balked, she tried to have the librarian fired.

Snopes merely shot down the fake list of books that were supposedly banned.

Get your facts straight!

To which I reply:
If you could calm your racing heart, "jcalmight," you might be able to think rationally.

Sarah Palin didn't try to remove any books. Can you name one? Nope? Didn't think so. She asked the librarian a rhetorical question, something she characterizes as a loyalty test. She asked many city employees to resign, and re-hired all who wanted to stay on by the next day. She didn't "try to have her fired."

However, her opponents and detractors (just like you) rushed to create a tempest in a teapot, long on rant, short of fact. Typical.

Try getting your facts straight, "jc," even if it means swallowing your pride, becoming open-minded, ceasing to shoot from the hip, becoming less prejudiced, and actually reading and studying the issues by looking carefully at all sides of an issue.

Of course, I know that is asking a lot. And that is one problem conservatives have with many liberals. It appears that they "feel" more than they think. Often ranting, seldom able to make a good logical, rational point. So, as the campaign season progresses, and their anger and ranting gets tiresome and few good reasons to vote them in surface, opinion polls gradually show the conservatives catching up, then winning the election. Happens a lot and you are part of the problem, IMHO.

If you're wrong, be big enough to admit it. Are you big enough to shout "Ann Kilkenny lied!!!" Or, is "Bush lied!!!" (which he did not do, any more than congress) the only thing your biased, illogical mind allows you to parrot.
